How Obamacare Impacts Small and Mid-Sized Businesses and Planning Opportunities

On May 5, 2016, Harry Nelson will be presenting to the Beverly Hills Bar Association on “How Obamacare Impacts Small and Mid-Sized Businesses and Planning Opportunities”. The program is co-sponsored by three BHBA sections, Business Law, Health Law Section, and Insurance Law Section.

The program is scheduled for 12pm at the BHBA, 9420 Wilshire Blvd, 2^nd Floor in Beverly Hills and will include an overview of the Affordable Care Act as it begins Year 6 and in the context of the broader healthcare industry transformation, and will focus on compliance requirements for small and middle market companies, and ACA-driven employer trends.
